ARE YOU RESPONSIBLE?
A responsible person worries about the well-being of their kindred human being, respects the laws and rules and mainly avoids excess. It is known that it is beneficial to consume small doses of alcoholic beverages, but exaggerating in doing so must be avoided. Follow the problems that may appear by frequently consuming a copious amount of alcohol:
- Hangover followed by migraine, indisposition and mood changes;
- Dehydration;
- High blood pressure;
- Tendency to stroke;
- Cirrhosis of the liver;
- Inflammation of the pancreas;
- Predisposition to cancer.
Alcohol concentration on blood depends on many factors. For example: the person's height, gender, consumed alcohol quantity and if other food was ingested or not. However, it is good to remember that alcohol will be concentrated on your blood for a long time after drinking two or three beer glasses. Do you know what it means? If you drank a lot at night, you may further have a quantity of alcohol above than is legally allowed to drive, even you had drunk many hours later. So you must not exaggerate. The responsible person knows what their limit is. Health specialists indicate three alcohol units each at maximum for men and two ones for women. You may serve as an example for friends and family members when establishing this goal.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are in hangover, stay at home. This is the time when alcohol is toxic and remains in the body for longer time.
